Moderate High Heels Can Improve Women’s Sex Lives

The research team of Italian urologist Dr. Maria Cerruto published an article in the journal European Urology, which found that wearing reasonably high heels can improve women’s pelvic floor muscles, and thus their sex lives.

The study was conducted on 66 women under the age of 50. After having the women wear high heels with 5 cm heels, which put their feet at a 15 degree angle to the ground, the study measured the electrical activity in their pelvic floor muscles. Electrical activity increased by 15 percent on average.
