Cold Weather Boots for the Diva

We are getting snow today in North Carolina and its a pretty decent snow at that.  Some places are expecting 5 inches or more. I know your like big deal but that’s quite a bit for some areas of North Carolina.  So I thought about the fashionistas that have to deal with snow and how hard it must be to keep your diva appearance while trying to stay warm.
