- She loves her high heels, but the judicial system doesn’t see things the same way. Debbie Stallard, 47, had been sentenced to 80 hours after hitting another vehicle and refusing an alcholol breath test.  When it came time to show up for community service, she was in a pair of 4 inch high heel boots. Debbie was told by the probation staff that her choice of footwear was innappropriate and a health and safety hazard. Stallard has a medical condition that doesn’t allow her to wear flats but high heels only. [express]
